Is Hello Vision from Trinidad & Tobago?

Yes! We are 100% Trini to de bone!

How much is shipping to my address?

Totally free on all contact lens orders! It's $30.0TTD for other products (eye drops, solutions, vitamins and eye hygiene).

My optician won't give me my prescription/ is charging me a lot of money to get it.

This is unfortunate. We kindly suggest you find a new place to test your eyes.

I am out of contacts and I need them NOW! Can you help?

You seem too good to be true. What's the catch?

No catch. We love eyes and are proud to serve the good people of T&T, fairly.

How long do you take to ship?

Great question! That depends on the manufacturer. Let us explain...

Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed. If we have your prescription in stock, we will ship it out within 1-2 days.

If your prescription is not in stock.. then we will order it to our warehouse.

Here's a guide on order times according to our different manufacturers' guidelines:

  • Johnson and Johnson (Acuvue lenses): Approximately 2 weeks
  • CooperVision: Approximately 3-6 weeks
  • Bausch + Lomb: Approximately 3-6 weeks
  • Alcon: Approximately 2 weeks

What about shipping times?

We ship all orders via TTPost. We make every effort to ship out an order as soon as we receive it at our warehouse. TTPost delivery times are usually 1-3 working days! You will receive a tracking number when your order is out for delivery. :D

Can I collect my order instead of waiting for delivery?

Yes you can! We have a collection point on Wrightson Road, opposite the Licence Office in Port of Spain. Be sure to select this option at checkout if you prefer to collect in person.

What is your refund policy?

We will refund anything that arrives damaged or has a manufacturer's defect within 14 days of receipt of the product.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as extended range or custom lenses). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
