How long does it take to process an order?

Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed. If we have your prescription in stock, we will ship it out within 1-2 days. If not, then depending on the manufacturer, it could take longer.

Here's a guide on order times according to our different manufacturers' guidelines:

• Johnson and Johnson (Acuvue lenses): Approximately 2 weeks
• CooperVision: Approximately 2 weeks, extended range lenses/ custom approximately 6 weeks 
• Bausch + Lomb: Approximately 2 weeks, extended range/ custom approximately 6 weeks
• Alcon: Approximately 2 weeks

What about shipping times?

We ship all orders via TTPOST courier services. We make every effort to ship out an order as soon as we receive it at our warehouse. TTPOST delivery times are within 24 hours for Trinidad, and within 48 hours for Tobago. You will receive a tracking number when your order is out for delivery via email/ text.
